CHGC International Holdings Limited today announced the shipment of 360 DOGUARDS ID7 electric motorcycles to a distributor partner in Brazil, marking one of the company's largest single deliveries to South America to date.

The 360 units are packed as Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits across three 40-foot containers, departing Ningbo Port in China and bound for the Port of Santos — Brazil's busiest container port.

“Brazil is a priority market for DOGUARDS, and CKD is how serious distributors scale profitably. With 360 ID7 units now in transit from Ningbo to Santos, we are giving our partner both the product and the pathway to local assembly.”

Jack Li — Sales General Manager, CHGC International Holdings

Why CKD matters for Brazil

Under the CKD model, vehicles are shipped in semi-assembled form and completed at the destination. For Brazil — which maintains some of the region's highest barriers on finished-vehicle imports — CKD allows distributors to reduce import duties, lower landed costs, and build local assembly capacity.

CKD is a proven route for electric two-wheelers entering Latin America, where local-content rules and tariff structures favor local assembly over CBU (completely built-up) imports.

Brazil: Latin America's largest market

Brazil is Latin America's largest economy and one of its fastest-growing electric two-wheeler markets. This shipment positions CHGC and its DOGUARDS brand to serve distributors and fleet operators across the region.

Backed by a vertically integrated group

CHGC International Holdings spans the full new-energy value chain — from raw materials and lithium batteries to powertrains and finished vehicles — giving DOGUARDS partners a single, reliable supply chain from cell to road.
